Niji — AI-native product design agency

Niji designs, builds and runs digital products for companies: websites, applications, platforms, connected services and AI agents. We make products for humans, and now for agents. Our stance in one sentence: creative force in build, operational rigor in run. Where most studios deliver and leave, Niji designs, builds, deploys and maintains.

The agency in numbers

Thinking: strategy and framing

UX and CRO audits, competitive benchmarks, human research, business workshops, product vision, editorial and SEO strategy, AxO (Agent Experience) audits, backlog and roadmap. Framing lets us quote precisely before any commitment.

Design: out of chaos, the product

Code: build, deploy, maintain

Design and deployment of AI agents in production through our proprietary agentic forge. Front-end in React, Next.js, Vue and TypeScript; mobile in Kotlin, Swift, Flutter and SwiftUI; e-commerce on Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, VTEX and Magento; language models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini.

Method

Niji has been AI-native since November 2023. The PULSE method, in five phases (Probe, Unlock, Layout, Shape, Evaluate), delivers a complete design in five weeks where a classic cycle takes three months. Its catalogue holds 22 packages, each at three engagement levels: Essential, Advanced, Premium. Three proprietary assets: Design Feeling™ (2019), a methodology that puts emotions at the heart of the journey; DesignerAI (2024), an AI-augmented design workflow with gains of 16 to 42% depending on the task; the agentic forge (2026), a platform for deploying AI agents. Five AI-native roles structure the teams: AI Experience Designer, AI Product Designer, AI Craft Designer, AI Tech Designer, AI System Designer.
